Civil War Chronicles - Month 5

May's "Civil War Chronicles" BOM called for 16 corner blocks. Once the corner blocks were done I was able to add it to the April blocks and then add to the body of the quilt. I love how you can put the quilt together as you go.
I have 20 more klosjes to add to the collection. My total is up to 235. :)
That's it!

Can you believe I posted on a Friday? LOL!!!

loving following the progress of your CWC, that's a great idea putting together as you go, mine are all separate atm but after seeing yours I might just do the same, I just have the 3 months so won't be as effective as yours

I saw your 'last blog' title on Karen's blog and wanted to see what you were doing. I won this quilt kit from Hancock's of Paducah and haven't even opened the box yet. It's very heavy and I'm afraid it will EXPLODE forth and never fit the box again.. LOL!!

It does interest me that you can put this together as you go from the center out. That will help me when I do get to start it. I hate to start a quilt and have piles of units and have to basically do all of them before assembly.

Yours is lovely and makes me want to finish other projects and get started.

boy, I have been a slacker reading blogs lately. I just have not been wanting to sit at the computer much.
Bonnie is amazing with all the ideas she comes up with. Sounds like you are really enjoying using up your scraps which is always a good thing.
Your civil war quilt looks so cool.
