My mother took a bad turn right before Christmas and never recovered. She left to be with the Lord on the 14th of January. I was with her and she went peacefully in her sleep.
I am so fortunate to have so many friends that helped me and are still helping me to get through this. I not only lost my mother, I lost my best friend and a piece of my heart that I don't want back.
Rest in Peace Mom. I love and miss you.
