Home Is Where The Heart Is - Block 1

Joy, Karene and I are doing a BOM quilt called "Home Is Where The Heart Is" by the Stitch Connection. We got together on New Years Day to swap fabrics and start constructing our first block. I can't wait for our February get-together.

Adorable! I love the blocks for your January project, too. You've really become quite the seamstress, Yvette.

Wow! I just love that new BOM!! I can't wait to see more of the blocks! They are just soooo darn cute! Are you doing the applique by hand or machine?

I was looking around on the Stitch Connection website and found that I have the pattern for the "Christmas Throughtout the Year" We started to do it in quilt guild but I have not started mine yet.

So cute. I did the "Snowman Collector" by the same designer and love the way it turned out. So cheerful!

Beautiful block.
Thank you for visiting my new blog. I hope to meet new friends through my blog. I have seen lots of beautiful quilts so far.

I will be adding more this weekend because we are getting a heavy snow and I am not going out.
