Just a few things this week

I didn't have that much time to spend in my sewing cave this weekend but I did manage to get another "Lovebird Lane" block done. I needed to work on something quick and happy and this just called my name.During the week I finished another "Kitchen Fairy" block..............................and
I also made a dozen spools.
That's it for this week. I didn't get everything done on my list for April but I came pretty close. I am not going to make a list for May. I decided that I am going to work on what I feel like working on if I can get time in the sewing cave.

I wish everyone a very happy, healthy week!

You may not have got everything done that was on your list but you did a great job finishing all that you did. The Lovebird Lane is so pretty. Have you just started that pattern? Have a good week!

Oooo... I love that LL block. So pretty and happy! And those Kitchen Fairy blocks are really growing on me... so very cute.

Hmmm... am I sensing a little bit of list guilt? Sometimes, we need to go off-list and just do what feels good. Good for you for taking a list break! Quilting, for me, is about finding my happy place-- some days it's handwork, sometimes it's working at the machine, or sometimes embroidery. That's why I have so many projects-- so I have something for every mood! :)
