I managed to get a "Sylvia's Bridal Sampler" block made every day that I was on a mini Spring break. I am now 50% done with the blocks. I am going to tray to add another row on this afternoon between chores.
I seem to have more time to hand sew than I do working in my sewing cave. I managed to get all of the "Tis the Season" stitcheries done. I picked out the fabrics for my sashings so hopefully I can get those on next month.
I also finished another 19 klosjes and prepped another 40. These are the perfect portable project.
I also finished stitchery #3 of "Kitchen Fairies" and prepped block #4.
Ranette and I have been wanting to make these cute little baskets but really, we are so consumed with so many projects that we decided to wait a bit. We each made one basket to get it out of our system. LOL!!! We are going to start on this after we finish "Cracked Pots".

Mom update:
The diagnosis is Bone cancer. The only good thing is the cancer has not spread. We are going to see a radiology oncologist tomorrow afternoon to see what kind of procedures she can endure. The hope is to kill the cancer that is there and prevent it from growing. Thanks to everyone for their prayers and good thoughts.

I'm so sorry to hear about your mom's diagnosis. At least now they'll be able to treat it. We'll continue to send positive thoughts for her.
I'll be keeping your mother in my thoughts and praying for a swift recovery.
I just started the SBS about 3 weeks ago and now have 11 blocks made. They have been a little challenging for me but I am doing it. Your blocks are beautiful.
Thank you!
I would love to see your blocks, do you have a Blog?
a busy time............nice that your mum and neighbour had someone to spend time with.........
you are speedy with your stitcheries. I have started the TTS stitcheries I couldn't resist after seeing so many in blogland. Sewing them up will hold me back but I will set targets.
Hope the treatment will help your mother without making her suffer.
Your posts are just amazing. I can not believe all the things that you get accomplished. I'm just blown away.
I am so sorry about the diagnosis for your mother. You know that my prayers are with the both of you each and every day.
I'm so sorry for your Mom and wish her the best. The Bridal blocks are wonderful and the Christmas blocks so sweet. An excellent batch of klosjes, I have a pile waiting to be pressed and a photo taken. As for the basket, my template has been cut and ready to go for some time now. It is a very nice basket!
Very productive time - as usual. :-)
Prayers and good thoughts for your Mom.
Wow...that is tough news about your Mom. Hang in there...both of you!
I love the way you work on several things at one time and nibble away at all of them. I am about to adopt your work ethic. There are 3-4 things I want to work on at one time. You are in inspiration!
In stitches,

I'm so sorry that your mom will have to go through a cancer cure but I will continue to send up prayers for her.
Crispy
Lots of projects going on at your house. Love "The Kitchen Fairy". I assume those are hard candies in the cup.
Your blocks are wonderful! So sorry to hear about your mom's diagnosis, I will keep her in my thoughts and prayers.
Yvette, your blocks are lovely - both the hand and pieced. The kitchen fairies is so sweet!! I'm sorry to hear about your Mum's diagnosis, however finding out what is wrong is the first step to fixing it. My thoughts and good wishes are with you.
You have a lot of great projects there. I sized those baskets down to 3 1/2" and after doing about 25 wondered what was wrong with me. So I'm making the rest at the full size. I'll keep your Mom in my prayers.
I just love all of your blocks and projects!
Oh Yvette, I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I will pray that she gets the best help she can. Give her a hug for me.
Loved seeing "A little bit of everything"

Your productivity never ceases to amaze me. Beautiful blocks! I laughed when you talked about your "cave"-- at my house, I go work in the "quilt mine". :P
