More UFO Blocks and a few surprises.

Even though it was my short weekend, I made the most of every minute. I was able to get two more of the "Bountiful Blessings" vases fused and stitched.
I finished the next few "Polka Dot Girls" stitcheries the last few weeks but just now got around to soaking the transfer paper off and ironing them.

What would a week be like without some Insane blocks. These were actually the easiest ones that I have left to do. I have 20 left to do. I am hoping to have both Insane quilt tops put together by the end of May.

Look what I got in the mail. A great little charm pack! I think I know what I am going to do with this, I just need to locate the pattern in my pattern drawer. Thanks Betsy!
I was also a winner in a drawing at "Quilting is Blissful". Thanks, Di! I can't wait to see what I can come up with.
I have had such a hard time not starting anything new. I thought this challenge I gave myself at the beginning of the year would be easy. WRONG!!!! I may cheat and get a little extra stitchery or two started.

You sure know how to make the most of a weekend. Look at all you got done! I can't believe that you're down to 20 NI blocks... wow! Your vases and stitcheries are all beautiful.

Wow! And this is a short weekend! I love the fabrics you've chosen for your NI blocks.

Good grief! You squeezed quite a bit in! I got slammed with dictation and did not get to quilt. I am not a happy camper! Oh well, hopefully this week will give me a few chances to sneak up to my sewing room!

I love your vases - those are so different and beautiful! I love the insane blocks too, as usual! so cheerful!

Have a great week!

Hi Yvette. Wow, you sure DID get alot done for a short weekend.

All kidding aside, I love the jugs you're doing. I enlarged the photo and it looks like you even have them already satin stitched...and I know that can be time consuming, especially because I see you're using so many different color threads. Nice, nice job.

And those insane blocks - only 20 left? How many were there to begin with? You're going to feel like a "Major Accomplishment" is done when you don't have anymore insane blocks to do. YOU will be going insane then...LOL

I am impressed with you having so many projects going at one time. You must have a very enjoyable time sewing and picking up just what you want to work on at any given time. Beautiful work, the red blocks are my favorites.

I think you secretly quit your job and are spending all your time sewing! I love those pots, they are just amazing, and you're doing a beautiful job with them.

The stitcheries are adorable!
