Oh no she didn't! Oh yes, she did!

What did I do? I started 2 new projects!

This is block #1 of "Farm Fresh". I have been resisting and resisting this quilt for a long time. Once I saw it in person it was all over. Beth and Nancy are ask working on this one too. I can't wait to start on block 2.
My next project is called "Cotton Club". Ranette and Nancy are also doing this quilt. I think the plan is to make 2 blocks a week, so far I am in schedule.
The next 2 stitchery blocks are for month 7 of "Kitchen Fairies" BOM.

This is another panel for "Vignette in Stitches". I have another band prepped and ready to go.
Yesterday I put together a quick little charity quilt for "Quilts for Kids". They actually sent me all the fabrics, which were pre-cut. I put it together, quilted, bound and washed it. I am ready to send it back.
I hope you all have a great week!

I never did get the Vignette in Stitches pattern but I thought one day I might just draw it out free hand to look something like it -- but who knows when!

My head is spinning! Everything looks great, but Vignettes is still my favorite. Good for you for doing the "quilts for kids"!

p.s. Don't feel bad. I'm knee deep into two new projects myself (just simple yellow brick roads, for Christmas gifts, but still....)

You always get so much done. And I don't blame you for starting a new project. Sometimes you just have to give it to the urge. And maybe I should join you on the Cotton Club - I've got mine, but as usual, it's waiting patiently for me to start it! I am so bad!!!!

I was just on Beth's blog and had to come see what you are up to. Then I went to Buggy Barn's site to see what the whole quilt looks like. Wonderful! Did you get the whole kit at once or will it be coming in parts?

Wow, that was a fast quilt you made. so nice to be able just to sew and not have to worry about cutting.
Love all your new stuff. I am doing some new things too, that I really shouldn't be. Can't help myself.

Everything is lovely - the new applique project especially and you've fitted in such a lot of lovely embroidery projects too. I too have started or have the intention of starting things that I really shouldn't, I've asked to join in with Some Kind of Wonderful SAL as I bought the book in July and it's chock full of things that I'm bursting to make!

Holy cow. Look at you go! New projects are the best... fresh and happy and new are sometimes exactly what we need. :)

I wish I could whip out quilts so quickly. Dang! It is sure to make someone an excellent snuggle quilt. :)
