I am going to try to stay current and do one extra block a week until I catch up. This is week #1.
This is this weeks block, #25.
During the week I finished month 5 of "Kitchen Fairies". I am going to wait until I get all of the months blocks before I start putting the other elements together. I want it as scrappy as I can.
Only 7 klosjes this week.
I thought I was going to have my stitch-along blocks ready to show you but when I looked at the picture, I noticed one row was sewn on upside down. I swear, I have un-sewed on this little wall hanging more than any other project.

That's it for this week. Hopefully next weekend I can fix the stitch-along blocks and add the sashing and borders.
Have a great week!!!

Barbara Brackman's CW blocks are addictive. I didn't start right away and so much fun catching up. Your blocks are beautiful. Hugs
Beautiful fabrics you used in beautiful blocks. The kitchen fairies are so cute. I really want to try stitcheries but I'm afraid of my stitches. lol
Another super progressive week - lovely blocks!!!!
Hello Yvette, you will soon catch up.....I look forward to every Sunday when I cut and piece the weekly block....Warm Regards, Lyn

Your blocks look great...as usual :0) Love the fairies!!
I'm glad I didn't get caught up in the CW blocks, since I don't do CW fabrics it made it easier to ignore and just enjoy on other blogs. I'll enjoy watching you progress :0)

Ahhhh Hah!!! I knew you would finally cave!!! hehehe....you will probably be ahead of me in no time. I think I'm behind at least 5 weeks, but I do love these blocks. Yours are very pretty!
Good job with all you accomplished this week!
Very nice piecing on your Civil War blocks....I've been sorely tempted to join the klosjes band wagon, but have not done so yet. (I think the fact that I can neither spell nor procounce the word has me initimidated!) Yours are very pretty.
Holy cow girl...you are gonna be even busier!!! LOVE the kitchen fairies!!!!!
Another great week's sewing Yvette - the kitchen fairies are so very cute.
I love the little kitchen fairies and I'm doing them too. I have three of them finished but I stopped to work on the Vignette in Stitches. Sign up for that with Sharon so we can stitch together. A block a week thats a lot of work but really pretty!
Those little kitchen fairies are so cute! :0)
Love your fairies and the fabric for your CW blocks - I have fallen a bit behind with my CW blocks and hope to catch up soon! Keep seeing the Farmer's Wife blocks around blogland lately and am rather fancying those too - there is no hope, lol!
The kitchen fairies are so cute and I love all the fabric choices on your blocks...so pretty!
One more project, no problem!!! They are wonderful blocks. Sweet stitchery block and seven lovely klosjes. I have three of the seven fabrics in my collection and all are lovely.
I have come via Anne Marie's Tiny Town sew along. Love the Kitchen Fairies. I don't know how that one escaped me! Who is it by please?
Lovely neat block work.
Well done on a stitching kind of week! Keep going!!!
Like you new blog makeover.
Yes, you are a true quilter. lol Love it all.
I've been eying Barbara Brackman's quilt along too. I don't think I'll join in, but I do love reading all of the historical bits she posts with each block. It's pretty cool!
Awesome blocks, Yvette! :)
