The Insanity Continues...............

I managed to do some more insane blocks for the insane-ish quilts. I made 2 of each. Forgive the photo's, I used my cell phone.

The reason I was able to make 4 blocks on a short weekend was because I had my kitchen floor redone. The old tiles had to be ripped up and the new ones installed. I closed myself in my sewing room and prayed the mess wouldn't kill me. Once the demo was done and the dust settled I was able to clean my house. Thankfully I am off from the 1st till 5th of April. It looks like the spring cleaning will commence then. HELP!

The blocks are so pretty. Save some sewing time during your time off.

Your blocks are wonderful.

Spring cleaning a brand new floor at least will be fun. I hope you find some time for sewing among all the renos and cleaning.

Oh, my. Your kitchen does not look like a happy place to be at the moment. It was a very good plan to hide out in the sewing room! :) Gorgeous blocks!

I can't wait to see the new floor! Man remodeling is so messy though!

Yvette, do you paper piece these insanity blocks? (If you tell me no, I'm really going to believe you are indeed insane, LOL).

I do paper-piece when I can. Once and a while I suffer from PP burnout and do one the old fashioned way. :)

Thank you!

Wow! What a serious mess that is! I sometimes think of replacing my kitchen tile, but then remember that I'll have to do this first. I think I can live with it a little longer. :)
