More BOM fun!

Block 89 of Nearly Insane. 40 blocks done! 58 to go.
Dimity the Dreamer for "An Angel's Story" quilt
Harriet the Homebody from "An Angel's Story"
Above is June's "Home is Where the Heart is" BOM. I decided to NOT make these into a quilt. Karene ordered us some hangers and we are turning these into wall hangings. I am going to use scraps from my bins to make the backs and I can hopefully get them quilted soon. 6 down, 6 to go.

The above blocks are for a quilt called "An Applique Affair". Ever since I started reading Anne's blog I have wanted to make a quilt using wool. She gave a great tutorial so I thought I would give it a try. The block on the left is one of 25 that I need to make and the 2 blocks on the right are 2 of 20 that I have to make.

I better get to work! LOL!

Yvette, those are all great projects...I'm Harriet the Homebody (but not always an angel LOL). An Applique Affair quilt is going to be so pretty, love your color choices.

Wow !!! I'm loving the Angel quilt, muy macho !!! Hey, I thought you weren't starting anything else until you finished some of your other projects and putting some of your projects on "time out"? So what's up with starting something new? I don't know how you do it.

I've always wanted to try wool applique too. I look forward to hearing how it works for you! (Those first blocks sure look pretty!) And your other blocks are wonderful (I especially love the angels... so cute!)

Oh I love, love, love the Angel blocks....

And the wool applique looks really gorgeous! I love the look, and I just might have to try that again some day.... Tried it a long time ago and got side tracked by a one or two (dozen!) other projects!

Very pretty!
